January is National Action Radon Month. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is encouraging Americans to take simple and affordable steps to test their homes for harmful levels of radon gas. Radon, a colorless, odorless, tasteless gas. According to the EPA, radon is is the leading cause of lung cancer among non-smokers and the second most frequent cause of lung cancer, after cigarette smoking, causing 21,000 lung cancer deaths per year in the United States.

Traditional French onion soup can come in as high as 39 grams of fat per serving. Ours has just 10.5 and tastes amazing.
