The experience of Blackwood Nature Camp (BNC) is transforming – changing perceptions, heightening awareness, changing lives through thoughtful programming, Adventure and Environmental Education, all in an atmosphere of Safety. Join us for Outdoor activities, such as natural crafts, Adventure Games, self-confidence building and group problem solving, exploring, swimming, canoeing, carving, Nature Journaling, dreaming, story telling, hiking, Family Overnights, and more.

Campers
Ages 8 to 15 – enrollment limited to 25 children

Scholarships
Scholarships/sliding-scale fees are available; please fill out a Scholarship Application if you are interested. Donate to the scholarship fund today.
Referrals
Any camper, registered and paid, that makes a referral to another camper [who signs up and pays], will receive a $50.00 referral check.
Special Needs
BNC strives to provide and promote inclusively and respect for all people. If you are in need of special services, please list your requests on the Health Form, or contact us to discuss these needs.

Mission Statement
Blackwood Nature Camp (BNC) is committed to Outdoor and Environmental Education, through the use of experiential education activities that promote individual growth and sensory awareness for both children and parents. BNC is associated with the non-profit organization, Blackwood Educational Land Institute.
Internships
Ages 14-15; Counselor In Training (CIT) – $600 both sessions only (two weeks), plus CIT overnight the Saturday before campers arrive. To register, please fill out both the Registration Form and Health Form.
Ages 16-17; Junior Counselor – apply as BNC staff member. All staff must fill out both the Staff Application and Health Form.
